Awesome selection of holistic dog food! Some of the people are very educated on animals, others not so much! However, the service is very friendly and the stock boys do walk around and ask if you need help which is great due to the weight of large cat food bags and dog food bags with how much they weigh per pound. I have been going here once a week for dog food and cat food for the last 7 years and I will continue to be a pet supplies plus member!
When i decided i wanted to purchase a tree frog for my first time, the staff made sure i had the correct set up. They even showed concern about me taking the from home on a cold winter day. I wanted 2 frogs and unfortunately they only had one. I went to competitor for the other frog and they did not seem to care about how the frog would be handled or it's set up. They didn't ask me one question. It made me happy knowing that their staff showed compassion for their animals, as if it was their own
I've been to all the pet stores in the surrounding area including Petsmart, Petco, and so on and this Pet Supplies Plus location seems to be my favorite. All the dog food is of the highest quality, the staff is very kind, and knowledgeable. Both JW and Michele had great personalities and were nothing but a pleasant and informing. Will continue to return to this location for anything else that I need for my puppy.
