We stayed two nights October 29 and 30. My husband was having surgery at Hisdale Hospital and the hotel is only 1.6 miles from it. The hotel is very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Loved the beds. They went out of their way with giving me breakfest early so I could get to the Hospital. The next evening when I came back from the Hospital they serve cookies at 7:30 and I was there at 6:30 and the staff brought them out for me. Could not ask for better service.
Just called to make reservations and to ask about a whirlpool suite and I didn't get an answer the first time I called then an hour later I called back 7:12 a.m. Sunday Nov 12, 2017 and a guy answers the phone never acknowledged the hotels name which was unprofessional and just says "Hi". I asked, "was this a hotel" he stated "'yes do you want your car repaired or a room" which was again unprofessional. I asked for a manager at this time and was told that there isn't a manager. I was then told that the person that I was speaking with was off duty and that he was the closest to the phone that's why he answered it. Then he handed someone else the phone. That person proceeds to tell me that there will be no manager on duty until Monday which I highly didn't believe. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT A PLACE WITH THIS LEVEL OF UNPROFESSIONALISM!! I asked for both of their name and e staff refused to give them to me. I WILL BE CALLING MANAGEMENT OR HEADQUARTERS MONDAY!!

Flora was absolutely wonderful. She was so sweet and helpful with any questions we had. Paul a was the lady who made omelets in the morning however you like them and they were delicious! The main entry was attractive, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. We were each given a bottle of water, and you could ask for more as needed. Our rooms were very spacious with only one design flaw: the small bathrooms. I liked that the soap dispensers were hung on the wall by the sink and the bathtub. Everything was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The television had a good assortment of channels, and the Internet was adequate. We used our own. Breakfast was the best I have had in comparison to all the hotels I stayed in this summer. Besides a good selection, eggs were made to order. Overall, our stay was great, and we will return next July.

We had a great experience. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good. I loved the quiet of the location and we will definitely stay again during out next trip to Chicago.
